Please be aware that your joining fee of $59.95 is non-refundable, due to our high demand of clients this joining fee does secure your spot in the next Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge, if we decide the challenge will not go ahead for any reason then your joining fee will be refunded in full no questions asked.
The joining fee is a one off payment so if you decided to rejoin the challenge you don’t need to pay the $59.95 fee again.
Upon your first session for the Ashy Bines Bikini Challenge(ABBBC) you will be asked to fill out and sign a direct debit arrangement for the 12 weeks which is weekly payments and please also be aware that this is a 12 week commitment upon signing and we only use direct debit or payment in full before you start.
You may cancel your 12 week contract for the following reasons:
1) An injury that prevents you to train- please note we need a medical certificate for this.
2)If you have become pregnant.
3) Should there be any other medical condition that you can back up by medical certificate that prevents you to train with us
Any other reasons excluding these above 3 makes you liable to pay a $150 cancelation fee.
Please note for the Kick Start Pack kick start pack (3 sessions a week) if you do not complete the 3 sessions one week your sessions do not roll over or accumulate for the next week and you have lost those sessions for that week
Each challenge is individual which means if you miss a week or 2 of training those weeks of training do not roll over to this next challenge those session will also be lost
Lastly we strongly recommend if you have any injuries or medical conditions to get a full checkup and given written clearance by a physiotherapist or other qualified professional that is related to your injury or condition to participate in the Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge and provide to your area manager before commencing your training.
